Beginning in Delhi, the tour combines the grandeur of India’s capital with the royal heritage of Jaipur, the magnificent monuments of Agra, the medieval charm of Orchha, the celebrated temples of Khajuraho, and the timeless spiritual atmosphere of Varanasi. The journey offers an opportunity to experience India’s rich history, architecture, traditions, and religious heritage in one memorable itinerary.

The tour begins with sightseeing in Delhi, covering iconic landmarks, historic monuments, temples, and important sites associated with India’s past. From Delhi, continue to Jaipur, the famous Pink City, where you can explore Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and the historic observatory. The journey then proceeds to Fatehpur Sikri and Agra, where the magnificent Taj Mahal and impressive Agra Fort showcase the architectural brilliance of the Mughal era. From Agra, travel through Jhansi and Orchha, discovering ancient palaces, temples, and the beautiful surroundings of the Betwa River, before continuing to Khajuraho.

The spiritual highlight of the journey is Varanasi, one of the oldest living cities in the world and a major centre of Hindu spirituality. Here, experience the sacred Ganges through an early-morning boat ride, witness devotees performing rituals along the ghats, and experience the mesmerizing evening Ganga Aarti. The tour also includes visits to important temples, Banaras Hindu University, Ramnagar, and Sarnath, where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon. * Arrive into Delhi

* Welcome to Ganges Religious Tour

* On arrival in Delhi, you will be met and transferred by our representative to hotel.Rest of the day free at leisure.

* Overnight: Hotel
* This morning after a leisurely breakfast proceeds for the sightseeing of Delhi.

* Visit Qutab Minar, Humayun’s tomb, Lakshminarayan Temple, a modern Hindu Temple, Parliament House, Government Secretarial Building and Cannaught place, the shopping centre of New Delhi. 

* Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama Masjid, one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat and shanti Vana, the cremation sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Also drive past Chandi Chowk, shopping Centre of Old Delhi.

* Optional Tour: Enjoy the Dances of India show in the evening.

* Overnight: Hotel


 * This morning after breakfast drive to Jaipur and transfer to your pre-booked hotel.

* Visit the Amber Fort on the way, a spectacular fortress – palace protecting a complex of palaces, temples exquisite marble and mirror- inlaid halls and apartment. 

* The highlight of the tour is an elephant ride up the hill at the fort like a Maharaja.

* Evening at leisure.

 * In the morning after breakfast visit the “Pink city” so called because a great deal of the older part is build of pink – colored stone.

* Visit the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Wind), a high and intricately carved wall behind which women Also see the Observatory and the City Palace, which houses and excellent collection of Rajasthani costumes, miniatures and an armory of Rajput weapons.

 * This morning proceeds for onward journey to the “Romantic City of Taj Mahal” – Agra.

* Enroute stop at the Walled city of Fatehpur Sikri, built by Akbar the Great to commemorate the played chess using slave girls a pawn.

* Upon arrival, check into your hotel for an overnight stay.

 * This morning after breakfast city tour of Agra.

* Agra is famous as being home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World The Taj Mahal (closed on Friday). The architectural splendor of the mausoleums, the fort and palaces is a vivid reminder of the opulence of the legendary Moghul Empire, of which Agra was the capital in the 16th and early 17th centuries.

* The 16th century Agra Fort, houses a number of exquisite buildings : the Moti Masjid (pearl mosque), Diwane-I-Aam (palace for general audience), Diwane-I-khas (private palace), Anguri Bagh (wine yard), Sheesh Mahal (hall of mirrors), and the Musamman Bhurj (Jasmine Tower) where Shah Jahan died  as a prisoner of his own son.

* After the tour of the fort, you will be taken to visit the magnificent mausoleum, Taj Mahal, erected by Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife, Queen Mumtaz Mahal. Begun in 1631, 20,000 workmen took 22 years to complete it a dream in white marble which lies in perfect proportion to the elegant garden of fountains.

 * This morning transfered to Agra Railway station to board train to Jhansi.

* On arrival at Jhansi railway station directly drive to Khajuraho. 

* Enroute visit Orchha. Orchha which is a medieval city founded by Bundela rulers with palaces & temples of the 16th & 17th century which have remarkably withstood the onslaught of time. The city is picturesquely flanked by the river Betwa. Visit of the surrounding fortress & local Ram Raja temple.

* After lunch (at your own cost) continue drive to Khajuraho.

* Upon arrival, check in at your hotel for an overnight stay.

 * After breakfast visit Khajuraho, built by the warrior Chandela dynasty that rose to power in Central India between 10th & 11th centuries, the 25 odd surving temples display different facets of life, including the sensual. 

* These erotic carvings on some panels have given rise to much speculation since Khajurahoâ's re-discovery by a British officer in 1838. 

* To preserve it for posterity, Khajuraho has been declared a World Heritage Site. 

* Visit the eastern & western group of temples famous for their erotic scultpures.

  * This morning after a leisurely breakfast at the hotel drive to Varanasi.

* On arrival at Varanasi, transfer to hotel.

* Varanasi was formerly known as Kashi - the city that illuminates. The religious capital of Hinduism, Varanasi is the oldest living city of India & one of the world’s most ancient. The present name is derived from the fact that the city is at the confluence of the rivers Varuna & Asi.

* Rest of the day at leisure at the hotel.

* Overnight: Hotel


  * Early morning leave for boat ride on the Scared Ganges to see the bathing Ghats (river bank) & cremation site. Sunrise on the riverfront, as seen from a boat, can be a spiritually uplifting sight.

* Return to hotel for breakfast. 

* After breakfast proceed on a city tour of Varanasi - Visit the Bharat Mata temple with a big relief map of India in Marble, Durga temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Benaras Hindu University which has an art gallery & the mosque of Moghul Emperor Aurangzeb. Afternoon, excursion to Ramnagar. 

* Return by boat in the evening, enroute witness the religious ceremonies along the banks of river Ganges.

* Overnight: Hotel


  * After breakfast proceed for the half day sightseeing of Sarnath, the buried Buddhist city where Buddha preached his first sermon.

* Later transfer to Varanasi airport board flight for Delhi. 

* On arrival you will be transfer to your hotel by our representative for an overnight stay.
